PREAMBLE: 

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) is established in the year 1979 by Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society (CBES). Since then it has been striving hard to impart quality technical education to its students and shape them into all-around personalities.

Every year `Institute Day’ is celebrated which culminates into a Cultural Festival “SHRUTHI” that showcases the cultural talent of students in terms of splendid performances depicting a theme chosen on contemporary issues.

SHRUTHI-2021 is happening on a theme “Resurgence” and would be `Online’ keeping in view the ensuing pandemic situation. The theme is so chosen that it reflects all the happenings before, during, and post COVID-19, duly signifying the efforts made by individuals, Institutes, Societies, and Countries the world over to resist the critical situations during the pandemic and fall back into new normal life. It also depicts the surge in the activities of academic institutions after almost zero activity for about one year in recent times, to an increased activity now.

A one and half hour online function (4.30 PM to 6 PM) will precede the cultural evening, facilitating the presentation of a comprehensive report by the Principal, Presentation of a brief report on SHRUTHI- 2021 by The Chairman, SHRUTHI- 2021, speeches, and messages by the dignitaries, presentation of a report by the student president on the achievements followed by announcements of awards/medals to the student achievers.
