The 1^st International Conference on “Emerging Trends in Circuit-Branch Technologies and Applications” (ETCTA-21) provides a high-quality forum for scientists and engineers to present their latest research findings in this rapidly-changing field.  It provides a premier venue to bring together researchers and practitioners working at the interface of hardware and software on a wide range of optimization and code generation techniques and related issues. The conference spans the spectrum from purely static to fully dynamic approaches, and from pure software-based methods to specific architectural features and support in the emerging research fields that have recently drawn much attention from Computer Sciences, ECE, EEE, and Information Technology. The focus of the conference is on  Big data, Smart computing, IoT, Communications, Signal Processing, Power Systems, and Interdisciplinary Applications.

Due to the continued impact of the COVID-19, the ETCTA-21 has decided to make the conference a virtual event.
